Thailand4Expat helps expats and visitors find private services in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- the service you need, your area, your timing and the details of your request;
- technical data sent with the form: date, page, browser and IP address.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include medical or financial details in the form.
Why we use it
We use your information only to answer your request and prepare your quote. To do so, we share your request with the professional or company that will provide the service (for example a nanny agency, a law firm or a security company). They may only use it to contact you about this request.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for residents of the European Union, the GDPR, you can:
- access the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us through our contact page. We answer within 30 days.
